How It Works:
We pick up and deliver on a set schedule based on your city.
If we pick up on Monday, your laundry will be delivered on Thursday.
If we pick up on Thursday, your laundry will be delivered on Monday.
The same applies for Tuesday and Friday pickups.

Andover, North Andover, Billerica, Boxford, Burlington, Lexington, North Reading, Reading, Wilmington, Woburn, Middleton.
📍 Tuesdays & Fridays:
Beverly, Concord, Carlisle, Danvers, Lincoln, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Peabody, Sudbury, Tewksbury.
You may be wondering what items you can put in the GREEN wash dry fold bag?
1. Home clothes: Jeans, T-shirts, clothes you wear inside your home like undershirts, pajamas, socks, underwear…
2. Kitchen towels, bath towels, gym towels, sheets, pillow cases….
3. Please keep in mind that Wash – Dry-Fold is literally mean we Wash then Dry then Fold so please do NOT put any dry clean or delicate item material like : silk, wool, linen, leather, fur… into the green Wash Dry Fold bag.
*** If you have dress shirts and dry cleaning items, alterations, shoe repairs, please put them in a separate ORANGE bag ( the orange bag we provided for you)
You will receive email reminders to remind you the pickup and drop off days. Our Route Representative will be by with Laundry bags for your clothes.
In the meantime, you can use a clean trash bag for the dirty clothes at the first pickup if you have them now.
What to expect:
Please have your clothes bag out as early in the morning as possible to help our driver.
If you have specific instructions on where you keep and want your bags placed, we will try to help accommodate where possible. (Some clients prefer porches, garage via side doors, large delivery boxes etc.) Most clients prefer pickup and drop off right at their front door step which is our default.
If you have a secure rain-safe location, we will be able to leave them there in bad weather. Otherwise, we will try to ring your door bell during bad weather to deliver inside or we will bring them back to the store and you can pick up or they can be scheduled for the next delivery cycle.
