What happens right after I sign up?

A team member from your local Lan's Lapels store calls you within 24 hours. The call takes about 10 minutes — we set your weekly pickup day, walk you through pricing, and answer any questions. After that, the schedule runs itself.

How will I know when to leave my bag out each week?

You don't have to remember. We send you an automatic email the day before every pickup AND every delivery. So you can ignore the calendar — we'll text you when it's time.

Can I change my pickup day later?

Yes. Just call or email — we'll switch you to a different day on the route. Most customers stay on their original day, but life changes, and so do schedules.

I don't have a doorman or porch. Where does the bag go?

We coordinate. Most apartments — we use a building locker or the lobby. Tell us your setup in the form, we'll figure it out.

What about delicates / dry cleaning?

Easy. Laundry and dry cleaning travel in separate bags and are processed separately. Just place your delicates/dry cleaning items in the provided dry cleaning bag.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No cancellation fee, no minimum commitment.
