How does the service work?
It’s simple! Schedule a pickup, place your laundry in the provided GREEN bag, and we’ll clean, fold, and deliver it back to you—fresh and ready to wear.
When are pickups and deliveries?
Our pickup and delivery days:
- Mondays & Thursdays: Andover, North Andover, Billerica, Boxford, Burlington, Lexington, North Reading, Reading, Wilmington, Woburn, Middleton.
- Tuesdays & Fridays: Beverly, Concord, Carlisle, Danvers, Lincoln, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Peabody, Sudbury, Tewksbury.
Where should I leave my laundry for pickup?
Most clients leave it at their front door (our default). If you have a secure location (porch, garage, delivery box), let us know, and we’ll accommodate!
What if it’s raining?
If you don’t have a covered drop-off spot, we’ll try to ring your doorbell. If no one is home, we’ll hold your laundry until the next scheduled delivery.
Do I need to separate lights and darks?
Nope! We take care of sorting for you.
What products do you use? Are they safe?
Yes! We use 100% non-toxic, eco-friendly detergents that are safe for your clothes, skin, and the environment.
What if I’m not home when you deliver?
We’ll leave your clean laundry in your preferred location. If no instructions are given, we default to your front door.
What if I forget to put my laundry out?
No worries. We'll collect it on the next pickup day.
